About Cody...
Cody Walker met his wife of 16 years performing together at Brigham Young University, where they toured with the Young Ambassadors and received BFAs in Music Dance Theatre. They performed together professionally for 20+ years in over 30 different countries.

Some of Cody's favorite performing venues include: Broadway’s New York City Center Theatre, the Broadway National Tour of 42nd Street, La Jolla Playhouse, Pioneer Theatre Co., Merry-Go-Round Playhouse (NY), Tuacahn Amphitheatre, San Diego Musical Theatre, Fullerton Civic Light Opera, Jackson Hole Playhouse, Lagoon Theme Park, and Holland America Cruise Lines.

On the other side of the table, Cody has served as Producer and Managing Director of the Jackson Hole Playhouse and Associate Artistic Director & Education Director at Artisan Center Theatre. He holds an MFA in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University. As a professor, he has taught full-time in the BFA musical theatre program at Southern Illinois University- Carbondale and served as the Director of the Musical Theatre Program at Weber State University.

Cody has been teaching at universities and various academies for 17 years. He has been directing and choreographing professionally for 12 years. He also works as a theatrical consultant, advising different arts organizations how to take their business to the next level artistically, professionally, and financially.

Cody has spent multiple summers teaching, directing, and choreographing the Main Stage musical productions at Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan and teaching acting, dance and musical theatre for Interlochen's Institute program. He directed for Chamberlain’s Performing and Fine Arts Academy based out of Los Angeles, which involved hundreds of children performing large Broadway scale productions at Pepperdine University in Malibu.

Cody loves working with and inspiring youth through the performing arts and seeing them grow as they develop their own talents. Cody is a proud father of three children.
